Project Description

Celebrating its 160th birthday, Kiehl’s approached Sub Rosa to help make the momentous occasion memorable. Taking over the 13th and 3rd Avenue flagship store for a two month installation, the rich history of the Kiehl’s brand was brought to life, allowing visitors a way to dive into the depth of its past and also add to it.

Sub Rosa worked closely with the Kiehl’s team to identify and highlight historic moments that have shaped the brand today. From Rube Goldberg sample dispensers to vintage inspired video and photo booths, the 160 years of Kiehl’s was given a proper celebration for visitors near and far to enjoy and share both in store and online.
