Project Description
Inspired by Google's humble beginnings, the brand's 2012 TED installation built a garage structure that housed the company's most heralded innovations. Everything ranging from a Google Wallet carnival claw game to Google+, Android, and YouTube, other innovation-based demo stations were exhibited.
TED attendees were invited to explore this space and hang out in the largest engineered space ever seen at the TED Conference. Fully equipped with wireless internet, dedicated simulcast stations, and a variety of accouterments, the Google Garage gave TEDsters a new place to call home during the conference.
